Lindsay Lohan Arrested in New York City For Leaving the Scene After Hitting Pedestrian…

Actress Lindsay Lohan was arrested in Manhattan around 2:30 AM this morning (9/19/12) for leaving the scene of an accident.

TMZ is reporting that Lohan was driving to her hotel when she hit a pedestrian with her Porsche and then left the scene.

Reports say the victim was a thirty year old male who was treated for torn tendons and released from a local hospital. It appears that Lohan was not driving very fast when she struck him.

The victim, Jose Rodriguez, spoke with the press following the crash and said,

"All of the sudden I saw this car come real quick and it hit me. Lindsay was slurring her words and smelled like alcohol real bad after the crash..."

Police were called and arrested Lohan outside the Hotel around 2:30 AM. She was released a short time later with an order to appear in court to answer to the charges.

It also appears the cops did not give Lohan a breathalyzer test while in custody and Lohan says the whole incident never happened and she never hit anybody.

The actress was accused of stealing jewelry again last month, and was recently reported to be sick with Pneumonia causing her to miss work on her new movie project.

Samantha Ronson Says She Will Marry Lindsay Lohan By Christmas

If lesbian Sam Ronson has her way, Lindsay Lohan will become Mrs. Lindsay Ronson by Christmas.

Ronson interrupted her live DJ session at a LA nightclub Tuesday night to express her unwavering love for Lindsay Lohan and promised she will marry the actress by the end of the year.

Ronson told the crowd at Chateau Marmont, "By the end of this year, my love will be Mrs. Ronson, and tonight shows the power of a woman, to underestimate that is to underestimate the world."

Huh? We're not sure exactly what she was trying to say, but we got the important parts. Chateau Marmont patrons say the nightclub has become a regular Friday night retreat for the young gay couple.

Not long after Ronson announced her intentions, Lohan was seen sporting an engagement ring on her wedding finger.

While Samantha spins her tunes waiting for Lohan to become her bride, the previously troubled actress is completing work on her latest movie "Labor Pains", due early next year.

The film stars Lohan as Thea, and is the story of how she pretends to be pregnant in order to avoid being fired from her job. When that gets her a lot of special treatment by everyone involved in her life, she tries to keep up the lie for nine months.

Mrs. And Mrs. Ronson-Lohan. It may take awhile to get used to saying that.

Lindsay Lohan Fails Drug Test - Not Going Back to Jail – Epic Fail Video

There comes a time when you lose your ability to feel sorry for some people.

After multiple arrests, rehab stays, probation, fines, lost jobs, and media scrutiny, it looks like Lindsay Lohan has finally screwed the pooch.

Lohan appeared in court this morning to answer to Judge Stephanie Sautner after violating her probation by testing positive to alcohol during a drug test.

Who could have seen that one coming?

It seems that Lindsay failed one of the two drug tests she took this week and that violated her probation.

Lohan is under house arrest at her Venice Beach home and is under strict orders to not drink alcohol or take drugs.

But as we all know, Lohan has been partying it up while on house detention, and even threw a BBQ party last Sunday for her friends.

Just a few days ago she told Life Style Magazine,

"I'm a very social person, and I like being outside, especially in Venice Beach. I'd like to get out more. Just going out and having dinner. It's a nice way to just be reading scripts and focusing on what I'm going to do next. I've been having a lot of work-related meetings. Sometimes my friends come over. When my friends come over, they're not drinking. Alcohol is not in my house, so it's just not a part of my life."

Lindsay, saying the words out load does not make them true.

She was also paid $25,000 for a 30 second video shot that was filmed at her home while under house arrest.

Sources say the District Attorney were none too happy that Lohan was throwing parties and flaunting her detention.

So this morning the Judge was expected to threw her back in jail!

But unfortunately, due to a technicality surrounding the testing dates Lohan can not be found guilty for the negative test result. Only in Hollywood folks!

It kind of makes you wonder how many chances this girl is going to get, and quite frankly is an embarrassment to the California judicial system.

Lindsay Lohan Turns Down $700,000 Playboy Offer

Lindsay Lohan, the lesbian leaning friend of Samantha Ronson, has turned down a $700,000 offer from Playboy for a topless eight-page layout in the magazines 55th anniversary issue for January.

"If there's nudity, then the answer's no . . . She's not going down the New York magazine road again," Lohan's representative told Playboy.

In recent months, Lohan and DJ friend Sam Ronson have heated up their romantic relationship calling each other best friends, and being photographed kissing and holding hands on the set of Lohan's latest film "Labor Pains".

It has been rumored the two lovers may eventually get married now that California has legalized same sex marriages, but neither Lohan nor Ronson has commented publicly.

Lohan is currently filming the comedy "Labor Pains" due out next year, about a young woman who pretends to be pregnant in order to avoid being fired from her job. When that gets her a bunch of special treatment by everyone involved in her life, she tries to keep up the lie for nine months.

Also due out next year is the romantic musical "Dare To Love Me", starring Lohan and Raoul Bova, where in the seedy underworld of 1920's Buenos Aires, Tango legend Carlos Gardel is involved in a torrid love affair with a prostitute and sees his life shattered when a bullet takes her life and pierces his own flesh.

Lindsay Lohan Does the Tonight Show with Jay Leno - Video

Lindsay Lohan appeared on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno Tuesday night.

It’s her first appearance on TV since she was sentenced to 120 days in jail for violating her probation.

Jay Leno seemed to be an overall supporter of the troubled actress, at times sounding more like her father than a talk show host and comedian.

They talked about her upcoming role in the new Gotti movie where she will play the wife of Gotti Jr. The movie will also star John Travolta and Joe Pesci.

When talk of her recent troubles came up she said she realizes she has made a lot of poor decisions and knows she has to work to gain back the trust she has lost with the industry.

They also talked about Lindsay’s time in jail – and the most recent sentence of 4 months plus community service at the county morgue and a battered women’s facility.

One little “Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon” moment happened when it was revealed that Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, is the wife of the lead singer in Jay’s Tonight Show band.

The audience erupted into applause when Leno asked if she thought her fans still supported her, and she got a standing ovation when she left the stage.

Lindsay Lohan Sentenced to 4 Months in Jail for Parole Violation

Lindsay Lohan was just sentenced to 120 days in jail for parole violation.

Lohan was in court today to answer to charges she stole a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store.

Lindsay is already on probation – and has been for several years.

Judge Stephanie Sautner said a trail for her charge of felony theft can move forward and that Lohan had violated her parole.

The judge ordered her to immediately begin serving a 4 month jail sentence for the parole violation, and required her to do 12 weeks of community service at a women’s shelter and the morgue.

She was led out of the court room in handcuffs, then downstairs to be processed, and finally to her jail cell.

Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Holley said a bail bondsman was standing by to supply the $75,000 bail money, and that she would immediately file an appeal.

And another saga of Lindsay going to jail begins….

Charlie Sheen Fired – CBS Cancels Two and a Half Men

CBS and Executive Producer Chuck Lorre pulled the plug on the hit sitcom Two and a Half Men yesterday after Sheen went on several insane rants on the radio and in writing.

It started when Sheen called in to the “Alex Jones Show” and slammed CBS, Lorre, and others around him. Sheen calls Lorre a “turd”, slammed Alcoholics Anonymous, and called Thomas Jefferson a pussy. You can listen to Charlie’s rant here.

But there was more. Charlie proceeded to trash everything in earshot and was frequently unintelligible – ranting about trolls, warriors, F-18 Fighters, and the mysterious Vatican Assassins.

Things did not stop there. After executive producer Chuck Lorre and the brass at CBS heard Sheens comments they immediately stepped in and cancelled Two and a Half Men for the rest of the season.

Charlie Sheen then produced an “open letter” that truly shows the depths of the actor’s problems. Charlie ranted in his letter:

What does this say about Haim Levine [Chuck Lorre] after he tried to use his words to judge and attempt to degrade me. I gracefully ignored this folly for 177 shows ... I fire back once and this contaminated little maggot can't handle my power and can't handle the truth. I wish him nothing but pain in his silly travels especially if they wind up in my octagon. Clearly I have defeated this earthworm with my words -- imagine what I would have done with my fire breathing fists. I urge all my beautiful and loyal fans who embraced this show for almost a decade to walk with me side-by-side as we march up the steps of justice to right this unconscionable wrong.

Wow. Charlie is done. He has been dropped from the upcoming “Major League 3” because CEO James Robinson says he cannot risk working with another Lindsay Lohan. Robinson should know – he tried to work with Lohan on Georgia Rules and knows what can happen.

Brad Pitt Gives $100K To Defeat Prop 8 Gay Marriage Repeal

"Burn After Reading" star Brad Pitt has donated $100K to help defeat a California ballot proposal targeted at abolishing the right to gay marriage. California recently made it possible for gay couples to wed, and the rush to the altar has been amazing.

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi are now married. Star Trek's George Teki has hitched the knot, and Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson have announced they will be married by the end of the year.

Brad Pitt explained in a press statement:

"No one has the right to deny another their life, even though they disagree with it, because everyone has the right to live the life they so desire if it doesn't harm another and because discrimination has no place in America, my vote will be for equality and against Proposition 8".

Pitt's generous gift is the largest to date by a Hollywood celebrity for a campaign against Prop 8.

During a 2006 press interview, Pitt told reporters that he and Angelina Jolie would not marry until all couples had the same rights.

"Angie and I will consider tying the knot when everyone else in the country who wants to be married is legally able."

Brad and Angelina have grabbed their fair share of attention for the adoption of several children, and for Jolie's artificial insemination resulting in their recent twins while not being married.

The intense interest comes at a time when more and more celebrities are feeling comfortable about being gay in public. Political strategist Chad Griffin, who is helping coordinate efforts in the entertainment industry to defeat the controversial initiative, said he is hopeful that Brad Pitt's donation will prompt others to get involved, and said that Democratic billionaire Ron Burkle has agreed to host a large fundraiser at his home in October to rally Hollywood against Proposition 8.

Brad Pitt can currently be seen in the recently released thriller "Burn After Reading", starring alongside George Clooney, Frances McDormand, John Malkovich and Tilda Swinton.

Ellen DeGeneres Supports Gay Marriage - Donates $100,000

First it was Brad Pitt. Then Steven Spielberg. Then others.

Now it's Ellen DeGeneres' turn to show her support for the defeat of California's proposition 8.

The original gay marriage bill passed earlier this year may be repealed - again banning gay marriage in the state.

According to the a "No on Prop. 8" spokesperson, Ellen's cash will go to fund a media advertising campaign targeted at encouraging those in California to vote NO on the ballot initiative, which looks to define marriage in the California Constitution as "A union between a man and a woman".

Ellen's ad campaign will take her public plea, which she released Tuesday on the "Ellen" web site, to television stations in California where she will try to convince people to vote down the proposition.

Ellen married her long time lesbian partner Portia de Rossi earlier this year just months after California began allowing same sex marriage. Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson have vowed to tie the knot by Christmas.

While the "No on Prop. 8" staff would not provide details about the dollar amount Ellen donated, a spokesman for GLAAD said she gave $100,000, the same amount as Brad Pitt who was the first Hollywood celebrity to contribute.

Spielberg Donates $100,000 To Support Gay Marriage Proposition

Steven Spielberg is the latest power player and celebrity financial donor to rush to the fight against California's November ballot initiative that would overturn the state Supreme Court decision legalizing same-sex marriage.

Spielberg and his wife, Kate Capshaw, have donated $100,000 to fight Proposition 8.

Also known as the Marriage Protection Act, Proposition 8 would amend the state constitution to limit marriage to a man and a woman. If passed, it would overturn the court decision that made the state only the second in the country to legalize gay marriage.

In a statement to reporters, Spielberg said:

"By writing discrimination into our state constitution, Proposition 8 seeks to eliminate the right of each and every citizen in our state to marry regardless of sexual orientation. Such discrimination has no place in California's constitution, or any other."

Last month, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie donated the same amount to the cause, and other celebrities have quietly donated funds behind the scenes. The Knights of Columbus, in support of the marriage ban, weighed in with a $1-million contribution in favor of Prop 8.

This amendment could have an impact on celebrities like Ellen DeGeneres, who recently married her lesbian partner Portia De Rossi, and George Takei, Star Treks Sulu, who also married his long time gay boyfriend. Other openly gay celebrities like Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson have announced they would like to marry by Christmas.

Frank “The Constipation” Sorrentino Dumped from Michael Lohan’s Celebrity Boxing Match – Video

I guess some dreams do fade away…

The thought of having both douche bag Frank “The Confrontation” Sorrentino and Lindsay Lohan’s father Michael in the same boxing ring was just too good to be true.

The “Situations” dad Frank was supposed to referee this weekend in the Michael Lohan Celebrity Boxing Match but has been dumped by organizer and promoter Damon Feldman.

Apparently Frank was fired from the event after posting the following video on YouTube dumping on Lohan.



Do Italians from New Jersey really say f**k like that all the time? I thought that was just in the movies.

Feldman says,

"I didn't feel comfortable having Frank come into the match. He's just way too much drama. I just don't like the guy and want nothing to do with him. Frank is out of his mind and is making enemies with the wrong people."

The drama…..

Later at a press conference for the boxing match the two actually came face to face and words were exchanged on camera for us all to enjoy.



These two have now officially become an embarrassment to our country.

I would like to personally apologize to Italy for shipping “The Situation”, Snooki, JWoww, and the rest of these idiots to your country to film season three of Jersey Shore.

Justin Bieber Pulled Over by Cops in Miami - Photo

Teen pop sensation Justin Bieber and his friend Sean Kingston ran into a little trouble Friday night in Miami.

As we reported earlier, Bieber and Kingston were out driving Sean’s convertible Rolls Royce Friday while taking video of them playing pranks on various establishments.

First, they purchased a Frosty from a Wendy’s and tried to return it to a Burger King. Then they pulled off a quick “double coning” while almost hitting a wall in their $400,000 ride before running into a bit of trouble with the law.

The official word Friday night was that Bieber called the cops HIMSELF outside a South Beach T.G.I.F. Restaurant after fans spotted them and started to crowd around the teen idol’s car.

But now we are learning that that was not the whole story.

A witness and employee of T.G.I.F. told HollywoodLife,

“An undercover police officer was driving behind Justin and Sean Kingston. He pulled them over in front of the restaurant on Ocean Drive because he thought it was strange that this young kid was driving a brand new convertible Rolls-Royce.

While he was pulled over, people started recognizing that it was Justin Bieber and they started to surround the car. The police officer told the crowd to back away and then instructed Justin to drive off.”

As it turns out, the undercover Police officer was following the Rolls-Royce because he had noticed the pranking and didn’t recognize the driver and felt he looked “extremely young” to be driving such an expensive car.

He pulled them over for a well-being and suspicious vehicle check.

Word is after the cop realized it was Justin Bieber everybody had a good laugh and the cops helped to disperse the crowd that had gathered before sending the singer on his way.

We think if you’re going to go out and play pranks - a better idea would have been to NOT use a $400,000 Rolls as that may be a bit conspicuous.

Bieber was in Miami with his girlfriend Selena Gomez while she was performing a show as part of her “We Own the Night” concert tour.

This was the first time Sean Kingston had been seen in public since his tragic Jet-Ski accident a few months back that left him in intensive care for weeks.

But this latest run in with the cops seems to be playing into the hands of critics who say Justin has changed and is no longer that little clean-cut teen idol that used to laugh and smile all the time.

Observers say his sudden fame and tremendous financial success has started to affect his personality.

Just last week there were photos released of Justin and his dad Jeremy getting matching Hebrew Jesus tattoos under their left arm.

The two also inked matching five pointed star tattoos on their left elbow a few months back as well.

Not that there is anything wrong with that, it’s just that his fans were not expecting him to get inked up and start getting pulled over by cops and flipping off the paparazzi at such a young age.

We think it’s just a case of a young man growing into his teen years doing what every teen in America does at that age.

Coning is harmless – and it could be worse. He could be doing crack with Lindsay Lohan or smoking weed with Snoop Dog.

We say let him be, and hope he has the right people surrounding him while at the same time giving him enough space to be a kid.

Aaron Carter: “Michael Jackson and I Drank Wine and Did Cocaine When I Was only 15”

On the two year anniversary of Michael Jackson’s death, shocking new revelations have surfaced regarding his behavior around young boys.

It all unfolded in an interview with Ok! Magazine and now 23-year-old Aaron Carter – the younger brother of “Backstreet Boys” Nick Carter.

Aaron told interviewer Daphne Barak,

"I never talked about it, this is the first time. I do miss Michael - I have spent such incredible times with him. I did things with him that nobody else did but I was also troubled about what he did to me."

Aaron went on to tell of some of their most intimate moments, and about the times Michael gave him drugs and alcohol saying,

"I never talked about it… This is the first time. I do… I miss Michael… I have spent such incredible times with him. I did things with him that nobody else did… But I was also troubled about what he did to me."

While only 15-years-old, Aaron talks about spending hours and hours on the phone with Jackson saying they talked about everything you could imagine.

Michael and Aaron would spend several days at a time at Jackson’s Neverland Ranch working in the studio making music, and then watching movies for hours inside the main house.

"Yes, he gave me wine. I mean, I could have refused, but I was 15. And he gave me cocaine. I felt weird about that and other stuff. I admired Michael, but his behavior bothered me a lot. Then my mother called the police…"

While the entire article is only available in the news stand version of the magazine, it seems that this teaser info given on their web site is a bomb shell.

While no time table is discussed, if Aaron’s Mother contacted police about Michael giving her 15-year-old son drugs and alcohol perhaps they were one of the “mystery” accusers that never appeared in public during Jackson’s child molestation case in 2005.

Aaron would have been 16-years-old at the time of the trial.

Perhaps Aaron will be just another young celebrity, like Macaulay Culkin, who will go to their grave without sharing what really happened behind closed doors.

Since Jackson’s death in 2009, we may never truly understand the bizarre world he lived in or the strange activities that took place at Neverland.

For Aaron’s part, we know that since his teen years he has dated and been connected to actresses Hilary Duff, Lindsay Lohan, Amanda Bynes and Adrianne Curry.

He was also briefly engaged to Playboy model Kari Ann Peniche in 2006 but called it off shortly after the announcement saying he had acted prematurely.

Aaron’s last public appearance with Michael Jackson was after the 9/11 attacks when he worked on Jackson’s charity tune “What More Can I Give?”

Unfortunately, Sony Music refused to release the song and the project never moved forward.

However, always one to be skeptic, we can’t help but disclose that Aaron has a new album coming out this year – his first since 2002.

We would hate to think this “leak” of information could in anyway be connected to drumming up hype for a career that stalled out almost ten years ago….

But then again, anything is possible out of Hollywood.

American Idol Adds Kara DioGuardi As New Judge - Move Over Simon

Move over Simon, Randy and Paula. The smash hit talent show "American Idol" is adding a fourth judge to its already questionable panel.

Award winning songwriter Kara DioGuardi will grace the desk next to Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson when season eight of "American Idol" starts in January, the Fox network announced Monday.

"For the past seven seasons, Paula has had to endure the experience of being the only woman at the judges' table," said Mike Darnell, a Fox Executive. "With Kara by her side, Paula has some backup and now there is going to be a lot more `girl power' on the show," Darnell said.

Kelly Clarkson, Christina Aguilera, Gwen Stefani, Celine Dion, Faith Hill, Carrie Underwood and Pink have all recorded DioGuardio's music. The songwriter has also penned hit songs for big-budget Hollywood movies including "Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen" starring Lindsay Lohan, "Scooby Doo 2" with Sarah Michelle Gellar and "A Cinderella Story" starring Hilary Duff. Kara has also written and produced music for the television shows "The Office", "Smallville" and "Hanna Montana."

Executive Producer Simon Fuller said in a released statement:

"We are turning the heat up on `American Idol' this year and are thrilled to welcome Kara DioGuardi to the judges' table. Kara is a smart, sassy lady, and one of America's most successful songwriters. We know she will bring a new level of energy and excitement to the show."

But behind the smoke and mirrors there may be other reasons for the shake-up at the judging table. It seems viewers are getting tired of the antics of Simon Cowell, citing his bad attitude and hurtful comments as a main reason some viewers chose not to watch the show last season. And Paula Abdul appears to have difficulty remembering even the simplest of things and slurs her speech much of the time, lending some to speculate she has a problem with drugs or alcohol.

In fact, last season during the finals, Paula commented on one performers song as if she had just watched it, when in fact the song was not performed until later in the show. Viewers hate Simon and put little faith in Paula's ability to be cognizant, and poor Randy can't lead the show on his own.

This synergy worked for a few seasons but may have grown stale. So a fourth panelist may be just what "American Idol" needs to gain new viewers and spice things up for next year.

American Idol James Durbin Arrested? NO – It’s a Hoax

Okay American Idol Fans. No need to get excited.

Everybody calm down. Take a deep breath.

The current rumor mill of the day has suggested that American Idol contestant James Durbin has been - or was arrested.

NOT TRUE. It is a hoax.

This is similar to the rumors that had Justin Bieber being a 50 year old man, and Lady Gaga as a hermaphrodite, and Lindsay Lohan dying in a car crash.

It just aint true folks.

However, since we’re talking about American Idol contestants, perhaps everybody has James confused with this season's Jacob Lusk.

It is TRUE that American Idol contestant Jacob Lusk was arrested in L.A. before the season started taping and InfoStar even has the mug shot!

Dancing With The Stars Announces New Seasons Dancers! Wow, Shockers...

It’s finally here!

The season 13 new cast members for ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” have been announced and there are some shockers.

There have been a bunch of rumors over the last few weeks that can now be laid to rest

These people are NOT include in the season 13 cast - Snooki, Anthony Weiner, Casey Anthony, Rob Kardashian, Dina or Lindsay Lohan, Nick Jonas, Charlie Sheen, Donald Trump, and Regis Philbin – not gonna happen.

ABC has officially announced the new lineup and they are:

• Chaz Bono (New transgendered male)
• Elisabetta Canalis (Nickname: The Italian beauty)
• Hope Solo (The Soccer hot shot celebrity)
• J.R. Martinez (Soap opera star)
• Nancy Grace (Courtroom and hosting disgrace)
• Ron Kardashian (Reality show looser)
• Ron Artest (NBA superstar and champion)
• Ricki Lake (Washed up daytime talk show host)
• Kristin Cavallari (Television bit player and reality star)
• David Arquette (Scream star and rehab expert)
• Chynna Phillips (Pop singer and actress)
• Carson Kressley (Queer Eye star and fashion guru)

Oh brother, I’m thinking this is going to be a hard season to settle into.



If we had to pick a winner we would think Carson Kressley might have a shot because he ‘sings’ and ‘dances’ and is ‘fabulous’.

Chaz Bono and Ricki Lake will probably struggle. David Arquette might have a chance if he can stay out of rehab. Nancy Grace will fall and break her leg and then sue somebody, thus disqualifying her.

Ron Artest is quick on his feet and probably has a chance.

The others? It’s anybody’s guess.

Season 13 starts on September 19th on the ABC network and is sure to be a blowout for the first few shows.

We just might have to move up our predictions in the Justin Bieber Death Watch Poll as it seems the pop singer is hell bent on either killing himself, somebody else, or being thrown in jail.

Reports are surfacing that police were called to Bieber’s Calabasas mansion about 8:00 p.m. Sunday night when two separate people called the cops to report that the tattooed pop star was racing through the neighborhood in his Ferrari at “Startling high rates of speed…”

Frank “The Confrontation” Sorrentino Hospitalized After Medicine Mix Up

We kind of thought the “Situations” dad Frank Sorrentino’s fifteen minutes of fame might be up already.

But “The Confrontation” was able to extend his time in the spotlight by a few minutes last week be being rushed to a Florida hospital.

Reports say that Frank had recently switched the medication he was on for his diabetes when he started having bad side effects like extremely high blood pressure and a rapid heartbeat.

He also said the reason he switched meds was that he could no longer afford the ones he was taking. Reports say Sorrentino was in and out of the hospital several times during the week while he recovered.

If you recall, it was an argument over money that started the whole father son meltdown last month.

Since Frank’s initial attack on his son last month he has also targeted the entire cast from Jersey Shore, Mike’s lawyer, publicist, and friends.

Frank was scheduled to appear at Michael Lohan’s Celebrity Boxing Match this weekend but was fired at the last minute after attacking Lohan and his relationship with his daughter Lindsay.

We were actually looking forward to seeing these two losers in the same boxing ring but our dreams have been dashed.
