Howard Stern Lands “Americas Got Talent” Judge Chair – Parents Cry Foul

Howard Stern has a new job – and not everybody is happy about it.

Stern, fresh off a $400 million deal at Sirius XM Radio has been named the new judge on NBC’s “America’s Got Talent” replacing Piers Morgan.

While we are glad that Piers Morgan is gone because we really hated him and thought he was one of the most prideful and stuck up people in the world, we were not prepared to hear that Howard Stern will be replacing him.

And the Parents Television Council is not happy with AGT either – saying the move was a desperate act by the failing network to try and grab ratings at the expense of polluting the minds of our children saying,

“We are stunned the network would hire Howard Stern, a performer who is synonymous with shock, profanity and obscenity. The once-proud broadcast network has lost its way and has made it clear it holds no concern whatsoever for children and families. Not coincidentally, in just over three weeks the network will be standing before the United States Supreme Court arguing for the right to use the F-word at any time of the day, even in front of children."

The move may actually backfire on NBC because America's Got Talent is supposed to be about the contestants and not the judges.

Over the past two seasons viewers grew tired of the constant infighting between judges Piers Morgan and Howie Mandel saying it distracted from the show.

We agree. The feuds between Howie and Piers were why we stopped watching it last season.

Reports are that Stern will pull in more than $40 million per season – if it lasts that long.


We’re not even going to give it a watch this season – we pass. And we’re also passing on Simon Cowells atrocious disaster called the “X Factor.”

I guess I live in a simpler time – give me “Survivor” and I’m a happy camper.

Video - Bieber to Take DNA Test and Sue His Accuser - Mariah Yeater’s First Interview - New Baby Pictures Surface

Aww, look at that face, look at that mouth, and look at that little splitting image of Justin Bieber.

The “Baby” hit maker has taken to the streets to denounce his accuser Mariah Yeater and to tell the world he is NOT the father of an alleged love child.

Last week, Yeater went public with allegations that her and Bieber shacked up in a private bathroom after a concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

The resulting 30 second “encounter” supposedly created a pregnant Yeater who later gave birth to a baby boy.

It has also created on of the biggest celebrity paternity scandals in recent history.

Bieber took to NBC’s “Today” show last week to try and set the record straight.

Now Bieber’s management and legal team are saying that the singer WILL take a DNA test when he returns to the United States next week after appearing at the European MTV Music Awards.

Law enforcement is also involved and says they are looking into claims of statutory rape and/or fraud as it seems Yeater first tried to claim the baby was her ex-boyfriends.

Yeater took to the air also with TheInsider.com to talk publicly for the FIRST time about the incident.

Regardless, a L.A. judge has set an early December court hearing to address the issue and Bieber has reportedly been summoned to take part in a paternity test at a Los Angeles Superior Court.

Yeater says all you have to do is look at the baby’s mouth and face and it’s clear the baby is from Justin saying,

“Look, just look at his mouth. Look familiar? I pray that Justin sees theses photos, looks at Tristyn and knows in his heart that this is his child and out child. It's going to be a nightmare for all of us if he keeps denying it. I just want what is right for our son I feel terribly hurt that we have been abandoned and none of my calls to Justin were returned.”

Okay, we DO a resemblance in the mouth but a DNA test should be a no brainer and set the record straight once and for all.

TMZ is reporting that after the DNA paternity test that Bieber will sue Yeater to set an example and show that there are consequences when somebody tries to extort a celebrity though defamatory and malicious accusations against a celebrity.

At first InfoStar felt this was just a nut case looking to get over on a celebrity, but after seeing that baby’s face we’re not so sure.

If this was all a grab for money by Yeater then Bieber would have taken a test long ago, under the radar, and the public would never have known about it.

But since a judge is now compelling Bieber to take the test perhaps Mr. Baby Maker has been procrastinating a bit?

Yeater is only asking for about $1,000 per month for child support. Over 18 years that only amounts to a little over $200,000 – just what JB makes PER concert while on the road.

Regardless of how this turn out we suspect it will be a newsmaker for weeks to come.

Jennifer Lopez Announcing Return to American Idol for Season 11

Well, it sounds like the whole gang of judges will be returning for season 11 of American Idol.

We knew Steven Tyler was under a multi-year contract, and Randy Jackson has already told the media he would be back, and we all knew Ryan Seacrest wasn't going anywhere.

The only hold-out seemed to be Jennifer Lopez.

She had recently told reporters that she was “on the fence” about returning for season 11 and had not made up her mind yet saying,

"I had an amazing time doing it and I loved it, but I have a lot of other things happening, and it's going to come down to making a choice of really what I want to do for the next year. We're not really at the breaking point of 'You have to make a decision right now!' So I'm not.”

But today, E! News Online is reporting that Lopez will be making an announcement as soon as this week that she will be returning as a judge on American Idol season 11.

That’s good news.

Jennifer was a great addition as was Steven Tyler, and losing her after just a year would have been a blow to the show.

Some insiders say she was holding out for more money – asking for $20 million per season instead of her $12 million she got her first year.

But all you have to do is look at her schedule to see that this woman is as busy as it gets and fitting Idol into her schedule really is going to be difficult.

Lopez and her husband Marc Anthony are producing a Latin American singing competition show called Que Viva that has consumed a great amount of her time this summer.

She has also just been cast alongside Cameron Diaz in the romantic comedy “What to Expect When You’re Expecting”.

The movie is scheduled to start filming in 2011 with a 2012 Mother’s Day release date and will follow the lives of four couples as they prepare to become parents.

Lopez is also currently filming the animated comedy “Ice Age: Continental Drift” with Ray Romano, Queen Latifah, Denis Leary, John Leguizamo, Aziz Ansari, and comedian Wanda Sykes.

The movie is currently being filmed and has a projected release date of July 13, 2012. Plot details are top secret but producers have released the following “Ice Age 4” trailer.

And if those projects aren’t enough to keep J-Lo busy she is also preparing to star alongside Jason Statham in the movie “Parker” - a crime thriller centered on a thief who lives by a code of honor that includes never stealing money from people who need it.

While "Parker", with a $25 million production budget is still in pre-production, it is slated for release sometime on 2012 which means Lopez will need to find time over the next 10 months for filming.

And don't forget, Lopez also has a very active singing career going full tilt.

Whew… Now I can see why she was on the fence!

We’re glad she decided to come back for another season of American Idol and look forward to another year as exciting as last year’s revamped improvement.

Funny, we didn’t miss Simon Cowell for a minute.

Lindsay Lohan Fails Drug Test - Not Going Back to Jail – Epic Fail Video

There comes a time when you lose your ability to feel sorry for some people.

After multiple arrests, rehab stays, probation, fines, lost jobs, and media scrutiny, it looks like Lindsay Lohan has finally screwed the pooch.

Lohan appeared in court this morning to answer to Judge Stephanie Sautner after violating her probation by testing positive to alcohol during a drug test.

Who could have seen that one coming?

It seems that Lindsay failed one of the two drug tests she took this week and that violated her probation.

Lohan is under house arrest at her Venice Beach home and is under strict orders to not drink alcohol or take drugs.

But as we all know, Lohan has been partying it up while on house detention, and even threw a BBQ party last Sunday for her friends.

Just a few days ago she told Life Style Magazine,

"I'm a very social person, and I like being outside, especially in Venice Beach. I'd like to get out more. Just going out and having dinner. It's a nice way to just be reading scripts and focusing on what I'm going to do next. I've been having a lot of work-related meetings. Sometimes my friends come over. When my friends come over, they're not drinking. Alcohol is not in my house, so it's just not a part of my life."

Lindsay, saying the words out load does not make them true.

She was also paid $25,000 for a 30 second video shot that was filmed at her home while under house arrest.

Sources say the District Attorney were none too happy that Lohan was throwing parties and flaunting her detention.

So this morning the Judge was expected to threw her back in jail!

But unfortunately, due to a technicality surrounding the testing dates Lohan can not be found guilty for the negative test result. Only in Hollywood folks!

It kind of makes you wonder how many chances this girl is going to get, and quite frankly is an embarrassment to the California judicial system.


That’s right, hard to believe isn’t it - Lindsay Lohan gets away with another violation of probation.
