Some words were exchanged, and we hear it was negative toward Justin and Selena’s relationship, and Bieber blew his top and lost his temper - rushing the photographer, starting a scuffle, and striking him in the face.
The force of Bieber’s charge was so aggressive that one of his shoes came of as the scuffle took place.

The photographer said he had been “injured” and an ambulance was called to the scene and the photographer was seen in the back of the ambulance getting checked out.
We suspect the photographer will file an assault charge against Justin and the whole matter will be turned over to the District Attorney who will decide if charges should be filed.

Calabasas is the location of Justin Bieber’s new $6 million home that he purchased last month and it’s supposed to be super secluded.

But when outside of the walled and gated compound Bieber is subject to the Paparazzi and press photographers just like any other celebrity.
So here’s the problem,
Justin is now 18-years-old and if the photographer filed a police report and wants to press charges than Bieber could be in a lot of trouble.
California law defines an "assault" under Penal Code 240 PC as an unlawful attempt, coupled with a present ability, to commit a violent injury upon another person.
The penalty for assault in California is up to 6 months in jail, a $1,000 fine, and community service.

This might be the event that pushes Selena away. Anger problems have a way of doing that. Disney will not be happy with this and will not want Selena associated with an angry boyfriend. Just saying...

DeleteHe was protecting his relationship and his love life. The paps should have gave him some space, it's one thing to take pictures and write about it, but it's another thing to getting way to close and angering the celebs; with hurtful words...
ReplyDeleteJustin got out of his van and ran across the parking lot to take a swing at the guy. I think there was PLENTY of space given. The words might have been hurtful but Justin needs to learn to IGNORE them... just like he tells his fans to IGNORE the haters...
DeleteStill everyone needs there privacy, You would get pissed too. Sometimes it's hard to IGNORE it.. You can't always walk away. Plus we wouldn't know what it's like from his point of view, we beliebers have eachother's backs and Justin's that why we stick up for him, that's why we fight for him, that's why some of use get into fights with the haters. We weren't there, therefor we don't know what for sure happened.

ReplyDeleteI understand that paparazzi's are just doing their job, but they need to learn how to respect and treat celebrities. Every person has a limit of how much hate they can handle. I guess that when somebody says something about Justin, he can ignore it, but when somebody says something negative about the people he love and care about it's different. I hope this will turn out positive for Justin, cause I don't think one mistake shall take away everything he's worked so incredibly hard for!

ReplyDeleteOnce I heared an interview and Justin said that "I ignore my haters,I ignore everything they say against me,but when it comes to a relationship or my family..hm I think you won't like to see me that way" I think the paparazzi told smth. horrible about Selena or about his family.I respect him,what he did he did right...this paparazzi was a dick,sorry...but he was...so JUSTIN I'M WITH YA :)

ReplyDeleteOk, firstly, the papparazzi shouldnt do that. Secondly, it is just one punch. He could have walked it off. Thirdly, Bieber has personal space and the photographer should respect that.

ReplyDeleteOk, this has gone way too far. Justin needs his space! Everyone has their own personal bubble and the papparazzi popped Justins. Not only did they invade his personal space but they said rude comments to him, now i dont know what those comments were about, but whatever the papparazzi said, i know it was something serious. Justin is a very sensible man when it comes to things like this and he knows how to behave, trust me, but obviously when the papparazzi goes to far, he cant take it. Now you and me both know that everyone gets annoyed all the time, its only human, therefore i was obvious why Justin got angry, The papparazzi went way too far, I know that that dude knows that what he went way to far and that it was all his fault , he needs to admit that what he did was wrong! ReplyDeleteI think Justin went too far on this eventhough the Papparazzi may have said something rude to him ad his girlfriend, but this is waht being a celeb is all about I guess.

this is whats happening when an artist going against the industry, they start to spread fals rumors about the artist, consider this is a warning, next time jb will be broadcasted dead on the media. i dont like jb and never did but i got to say big up, god job and keep away from the evil justin.
