Justin Bieber has barley turned eighteen but he is certainly showing the world that he plans to do whatever he wants, and buy whatever he wants.

Bieber just purchased a $21,500 Ducati “SuperBike” 848 EVO that comes standard with an awesome 140 hp Testastretta engine and magnesium alloy covers.

Let’s be clear – this is a RACING bike.

Bieber doesn’t even have his motorcycle endorsement yet but says he is working on getting it, and in the meantime he has his normal driver’s license that allows him to drive any of his other selected automotive toys.

The Bieb’s already owns a Cadillac CTS-V that he painted flat black and calls the “Batmobile”, a new Smart Car that he has branded his “Swag Car”, and a tricked out Fisker Karma that he also painted flat black and had ground effect lights installed that got him into trouble with the cops.

The new Ducati motorcycle should fit well in one of the garages at his new $6 million dollar home he just purchased for himself in Calabasas California.

Now we’re not saying Bieber can’t do what he wants with his money, but this was the kid who preached about staying humble and remembering where you came from…

I guess you can still remember all those things about humility and still buy millions of dollars’ worth of houses and toys, but at some point you have to drop the “staying humble” talk.

A famous prophet once said, “Pride comes before the fall and a haughty spirit before the destruction.”

Bieber has already dealt with the cops for speeding and parking problems, window tint problems, illegal lighting problems, paparazzi problems, fan problems, pranking problems, and other simple carelessness - but being careless on a 140 HP Ducati Superbike will get you killed.

I’m sure Bieber's management and insurance companies are not fully supportive of all his purchases and public flaunting, but we get the feeling that Bieber is going to do whatever he wants, whenever he wants, with whoever he wants.

Fine - If Justin Bieber dies it will be an indictment on the state of the music industry and the risks that young money and super star power affords you.

If that day comes I hope we don’t have another five-day national mourning period and 24/7 media coverage like we did for Whitney Houston or Michael Jackson.

It’s all about physics – when flesh meets concrete bad things happen. When 18-year-olds with money meet the celebrity Hollywood lifestyle bad things happen. It will only be a surprise to those who were blinded by the money and the fame.

Justin Bieber added to his automobile collection this week with the purchase of a $20,000 Smart Car.

Now, to be fair, Bieber already owns a Land Rover, Fisker Karma, Ferrari, and a Cadillac CTS-V with suicide doors that he has named the “Batmobile”

After Justin purchased the Eco-friendly Car, he painted it flat black and had the “Smart Car” brand tag changed to read “Swag Car”.

The base price for a Smart Car is around $11,000, and can jump with all the options like power windows and seats and other features to more than $20,000. They get 33mpg city and 40mph highway, which doesn’t seem very good for a car that small.

Bieber was spotted leaving a Ducati store in Beverly Hills where he jumped into his new ride and almost ran over a pedestrian in the process.

The Bieb’s new ride is so small that his body guards have to follow behind him in a separate car, we’re not sure yet if Selena AND Justin can fit in the tiny set of wheels at the same time.

I don’t know about you…. But this new toy kind of seems about the farthest thing from swag as you can get.

Justin Bieber has drawn the attention of the Los Angeles Police Department again for problems with one of his cars.

Earlier this week Bieber was tooling around L.A. in his new birthday present, a Fisker Karma hybrid car, when he was given a moving violation ticket by cops.

But it was not for speeding or anything too major – but for code infractions relating to California vehicle laws.

The cops told Justin that his window tint was too dark and the purple light kit he installed under the vehicle was not legal.

Seems the only lights you can have on the front of a car are the headlights and fog lamps.

As soon as Bieber got his new ride he had it repainted using a shiny chrome reflective paint so the thing stands out for blocks and is not easy to miss.



Bieber also installed a purple “Light Kit” under the car body and under the front bumper. You know - if you’re Justin Bieber you got to have purple on your car somewhere!

Cops say they gave the Biebs a citation requiring him to fix all the violations.

Boy, it’s hard to be the richest 18-year-old in the world these days - he just can’t catch a break!

Wow, I guess what they say about Hollywood is true.

News is starting to get out that rapper Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are now dating even though Kardashian is still legally married to New Jersey Nets player Kris Humphries– although their divorce is moving forward.

That didn’t take long.

This seems to be an example of two Hollywood celebrities who are more concerned about promoting themselves and being seen with other famous people than they are trying to live any kind of a reasonable life.

Not only are they releasing pictures of themselves out on “dates”, but Kanye just released a new single called “Theraflu” where he appears to let the cat out of the bag in his lyrics about being in love with Kim Kardashian.

“And I admit I fell in love with Kim, around the same time she fell in love with him. Well that's cool baby girl, do your thing, Lucky I ain't had Jay drop him from the team"

Kanye is making reference to famed hip-hopper Jay-Z who is part owner of the New Jersey Nets team.

Really? Is this guy for real? He thinks he can just get the guy fired because he doesn’t like him and knows somebody in power. Amazing.

We would have loved to listen to the newly released track of "Theraflu" but Universal Music group has blocked it on every level and it is impossible to find right now.

We couldn't even find it on Kanye's old school Myspace page. Do people really still use that?

Good marketing? Release a new single but then not let anybody listen to it? Way to go Kanye…

These two people are made for each other. I wonder how much they will make off the upcoming media frenzy, reality show, music videos, etc.

Millions of female fans want to know the answer after Mahone posted a Keek showing him and his buddies goofing around at the beach last week.

Austin’s friend Alex Constancio was the one who actually uploaded the video.

In the Keek video below, a shirtless Austin Mahone can be seen trying to open a bottle of soda without a bottle opener, and it is clear that he is sporting a new tattoo under his left arm and above his bathing suit.



Mahone’s alter ego Justin Bieber has a similar tattoo under his left arm that symbolizes the word for Jesus in Hebrew writing symbols.

But after a close look at Austin’s new ink we suspect his is simply a temporary tattoo and not a permanent one.

Well, it must be nice to be the most popular singer celebrity in world…

Justin Bieber just closed a deal to purchase a $10.8 million house tucked away in Los Angeles near the Hollywood Hills.

The 9,000 square foot mansion has five bedrooms, a private movie theater, a large gourmet kitchen, massage room, complete bar area, huge zero edge pool, and executive gym.

As an added bonus you can see the “Hollywood” sign from several of the rooms and from the outside pool and deck, and it has great panoramic views of Los Angeles.

But Bieber will have to wait a little while before he can move in because the house is currently being rented by “Two and a Half Men” star Ashton Kutcher for $50,000 a month.

Bieber is also looking to buy is mom a home close by, but only plans to spend about $8 on her house, and it looks like Justin's dad, Jeremy Bieber, will have to stay up North in Canada as Justin has no plans to buy his dad a house just yet.

Rumors are also running rampant that Selena Gomez will move in with Justin once the deal is done.

After a busy last few weeks with “Mistletoe” promo and TV appearances, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez headed to Cabo San Lucas Mexico for a little rest and relaxation.

But it wasn’t all fun and games as the couple was there to attend a private wedding for an old friend and costume designer Shannon Larossi from Selena’s TV days on “Wizards of Waverly Place”.

Justin didn’t bring any family along but Selena brought along her pregnant mother Mandy and her stepfather Brian.

The couple did find some time to snag a photographer and some sun tan lotion and hit the beach for a little sun worshiping.

Bieber was shirtless and showing off his tattoos while Selena was sporting a tiny blue bikini - and there probably wasn’t a cuter couple to be seen for a thousand miles.

However, this time the two lovebirds seemed to be able to keep their public display of affection to a minimum and gave the photog the good old fashion “celebrities on the beach” photo session.

Justin was just in Florida at Walt Disney World to kick of the holiday celebrations and also just released the official video for “Santa Clause is Coming to Town” music video.

Johnny Depp in New “Dark Shadows” Set Photos – First Look!

Some of the best movie roles and epic characters have been blessed by the work of Johnny Depp.

Now, Depp embarks over to the dark side with the remake of the 1960’s television series “Dark Shadows”.

Curiously, the series was actually considered a soap opera when it first aired.

Warner Brothers has released the first glimpse of Depp on the set in full Barnabas attire and we got to say… they look a little bizarre.

Not that there is anything wrong with that - we’re just saying we were expecting more of a “Twilight” effect rather than the Michael Jackson effect.

The movie is directed by Tim Burton and will star Depp so you can only imagine what the end result will be – but expect your classic dramatic horror mystery thriller.

Filming is currently underway and the final product is due for release in May 2012.

The current “Dark Shadows” movie is described as,

“A gothic-horror tale centering on the life of vampire Barnabas Collins and his run-ins with various monsters, witches, werewolves and ghosts and is based on the popular "Dark Shadows" TV series.”

You see, sometime around 1752, Joshua and Naomi Collins and their young son Barnabas, set sail from Liverpool England to start a new life in the United States. But even an ocean was not enough to escape the mysterious curse that plagued their family.

Twenty years has passed and Barnabas (Johnny Depp) is now the master of Collinwood Manor. Barnabas is rich, powerful, and a confirmed playboy...until he makes the critical mistake of breaking the heart of Angelique Bouchard (Eva Green).

A witch, in every sense of the word, Angelique dooms him to a fate worse than death - turning him into a vampire and then burying him alive.

Twenty years later, Barnabas is accidentally freed from his crypt and materializes into the very changed world of 1972.

Of course Johnny Depp will be playing the role of the now infamous Barnabas Collins, Chloe Moretz will take on the role of Carolyn Stoddard, Helena Bonham Carter will portray Dr. Julia Hoffman, and Michelle Pfeiffer will play Elizabeth Collins Stoddard.

For those not familiar with the original series, here is a glimpse of Barnabas returning to Collinwood after being gone for 20 years.



Okay, so in today’s standards that may seem little dull, but in its day “Dark Shadows” was ground breaking stuff.

Imagine – vampires on TV!

Anyway, if anybody can pull it off it is Tim Burton and Johnny Depp.

Video - 4 Dead at Indianapolis State Fair as Sugarland Stage Collapses

There was tragic news out of Indianapolis Indiana Saturday night.

The concert stage used by Sugarland collapsed at the Indiana State Fair Grounds as 70 mph winds whipped through the area.

No act was performing at the time of the collapse but 4 people were killed and at least 40 people were taken to local hospitals and 150 people were treated at a triage area set up at the fairgrounds.

About 12,000 fans were in attendance for the show.

The Indianapolis State Fair runs from August 5th through August 21st and is known for hosting some of the biggest acts in the music business.

The band Sugarland was preparing to perform when a gust of wind blew the support beams out from under the stage canopy causing the entire rig to come crashing down.

“The storm blew in and the stage rigging started to sway. You could see it was going to collapse but there was nothing anybody could do. Then it just fell to the ground – almost like it was slow motion.”

You can hear the panic in the voices of the people on the video as the structure begins to fall.

Sugarland took to twitter to say,

“We are all right. We are praying for our fans, and the people of Indianapolis. We hope you'll join us. They need your strength.”

Lead singer of Sugarland Sara Bareilles later tweeted,

“I'm speechless and feel so helpless. Please send love and prayers to Indianapolis tonight. My heart aches for the lives lost.”

Fellow musician Keith Urban wrote,

"I just saw the footage from Indiana State Fair tonight on YouTube and am absolutely in shock. We send our prayers and thoughts to each and every one of you who were there and your families and loved ones as well. God bless you all."

No word yet if organizers will cancel the Fair or any of the upcoming shows scheduled for next week.

Acts scheduled to appear during the week of August 15th include Janet Jackson, Train, Maroon 5, and Lady Antebellum.

People work to remove injured fans after stage collapse

So far there has not been any official word from these artists or their representatives about cancellations but some are expected to bow out in respect for the dead and injured.

The stage area will also be the subject of an investigation and may not be usable for several weeks as investigators comb the area looking for clues as to what caused the stage to collapse.



Early Sunday morning Sugarland had updated their official website with the following statement,

“We are all right after our stage collapse at the Indiana State Fair tonight. Many of our fans and friends in Indianapolis may not be. Please keep them in your thoughts, prayers, or whatever form of strength you are able to send. They need you. Thank you.”

The band was scheduled to perform in Des Moines, Iowa Sunday evening before heading to Albuquerque, New Mexico later in the week.

Justin Bieber sure did have a wild time in Miami this weekend.

First, he was chased by fans while trying to leave through the back door of his girlfriend Selena’s concert in Boca Raton Florida.

Word got out that the Biebs had been backstage and was leaving when a group of young fans tried to chase him down.

Security had to escort him through a maze of bushes and shrubs as he ran to an awaiting car that whisked him away.

Then, Bieber and best friend Sean Kingston were pulled over by cops in South Beach while driving a $400,000 Rolls-Royce convertible after an evening of coning and pranking.

At one point, Bieber almost hit a wall while trying to drive while holding TWO upside-down ice cream cones in his hands.

Fortunately for us they recorded the whole thing on a flip-cam!

He wrapped up his wild weekend Sunday morning by walking out onto his hotel balcony in his boxer shorts unaware there was a paparazzi photographer across the street snapping photos of the shirtless teen idol.

Bieber walked around half naked while sporting his favorite pair of sagging grey boxer shorts before returning to his suite to pack up and head to the airport.

This week, Bieber returns to the studio to continue work on his latest album “Believe” due later this year.

While little is known about his new album we do know he has been seen at the studio with Chris Brown and has hired the best song writers and producers to help him nail down his new tracks.

He is also slated to resume his “My World” tour later this year in Brazil and Latin America. No word yet on tour dates or final locations.

He is also supposed to start filming his movie with Mark Wahlberg soon but there is some speculation that the project has been pushed into next year.

Have you ever heard of Austin Mahone?

I bet your kids have. And they either love him or hate him – but they have heard of him.

So, who is Austin Mahone? What’s his bio?

Mahone lives in San Antonia Texas and is a 15-year-old singer and musician known for looking like Justin Bieber and recording cover songs on YouTube.

So what? There are lots of kids uploading videos and singing covers these days right?

But Mahone and his fans are different.

His fans are known as Mahomies - and he has his own Blog, Facebook, YouTube, Dailybooth, Tumblr, Twitter, SoundCloud, Formspring, and Myspace accounts.

He records popular cover songs and posts them to YouTube and interacts with his fans on a daily basis and claims that Justin Bieber is his favorite artist.



And oh yea, Mahone LOOKS like Justin Bieber and his fans love him.

The thing that fascinates us about this young man is his savvy for working the social media to create a name for himself while building his own fan base from the ground up without a record label or marketing rep.

He has learned to do what many adults and big companies have failed to do – create a successful brand.

In addition to uploading covers he has hundreds of thousands of Facebook fans, dedicated fan sites, over 13 million YouTube views, and sells t-shirts, posters, wristbands, Stickers, and Necklaces.

Heck, he's even been know to run around shirtless just to tease his female fans.

This is the kind of interaction that defines social media.

His fans love him but he admits that he also has haters saying,

“Haterz don’t matter to me because they are just jealous and the hateful words that they say are garbage. That’s why I don't listen to hate. I am curious of what haterz have to say sometimes just because I'm a curious person. But their opinions of me don't matter to me, because I’m not trying to please them.

What is important are my fans. I love them so much and everything they do for me. Haterz can't hurt you unless you let them. And I just have one last thing to say.... Haterz gonna hate Mahomies gonna love.”

Austin’s success is a prime example of how social media can springboard you into fame, build a fan base, and possibly launch a music career if you’re good enough.

So how powerful can a homegrown fan base be to a young artist like Mahone?



One day last week his fans decided he should appear on the “Ellen Show” with Ellen DeGeneres, and in one magnificent push of social media network power trended the phrase “#MahoneOnEllen” on twitter for the day as a worldwide trending topic.

His fans also bombarded DeGeneres’s Twitter and Facebook account and called her studio’s switchboard requesting she book Austin as a guest.

Why is this significant?

Because it was Ellen DeGeneres and her “eleveneleven” record label that discovered 14-year-old Greyson Chance.

And with less effort than Austin, Greyson has been propelled into a celebrity status with his first album “Hold on ‘til the Night” due to release next week.

That kind of power by your own fans is exactly what made Justin Bieber what he is today.

One thing that helps make Mahone a fan favorite is he covers songs that are popular in today’s young music culture ranging from Cody Simpson, Justin Bieber, Bruno Mars, Ne-yo, Usher, Adele, Chris Brown, and Edwin McCain.



So take note big record labels.

The youth of today have developed the social media skills to find, fall in love, promote, and make famous the musical artists THEY want to see and listen to - not who YOU want them to listen to.

Not that there’s not any place for “big music”, but things are changing these days and kids have grown frustrated with the “business as usual” mentality shown by the music industry.

They say that “necessity is the mother of invention”, and our kids are inventing a new way to communicate and enjoy their favorite artists and musicians.

We hope some of the adults out there are listening because these kids can teach us a thing or two about what makes them tick – and they are showing us what it is they want to listen to and who they want to fall in love with as a fan.

After all, if Justin Bieber's pet cat "Spaz" can get his own @Justins_Cat twitter account - than anything is possible!
