Justin Bieber ready to vomit on stage at first Believe Concert

Justin Bieber kicked off his first “Believe 2012 Tour” last night in Glendale Arizona - and something really really got to him...

During Bieber’s September 29th performance of “Out of Town Girl” in Glendale he stopped on two occasions to vomit – then left the stage.

After composing himself, Bieber returned to the stage and continued his show asking his fans “Will you love me even tough I’m throwing up on stage?”


Bieber later took to Twitter to tell his fans,

“Great show. Getting better for tomorrow’s show !!!! Love u - and …. Milk was a bad choice! Lol”

There’s no word whether it was really milk that made the singer sick or just a ton of stress and nerves building up to his first concert performance of his highly anticipated 2012 "Believe" tour.

Bieber also did a special tribute during his “One Less Lonely Girl” song for Avalanna Routh who is known by Justin and his fans as Mrs. Bieber.

Avalanna Routh died last week from complications from cancer.

After the show Bieber took to Twitter to say two simple words - “Goodnight Avalanna”.

Bieber has 45 more shows on his current 2012 Believe Tour that will end in Miami Florida on January 26th.

But for now, Justin is healing himself up and preparing for his next concert at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on Sunday September 30, 2012.

Justin Bieber’s "Mrs. Bieber" Avalanna Routh Dies of Cancer – RIP Avalanna

Justin Bieber fans all around the World are sad today because one of JB's best friends has passed away from cancer.

Avalanna Routh, better known to Bieber fans as “Mrs. Bieber” died today at age six from a rare brain related cancer called AT/RT - or Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumor.

Avalanna was diagnosed less than a year after being born and had been fighting the disease all her life.

Avalanna’s own Twitter account was used by the family to share the sad news,

"Our darling Avalanna went to Heaven this morning. Oh Avalanna, the brightest star - you took our hearts with you, our greatest Love..."

Bieber became aware of Avalanna and her condition after being made aware of a Facebook campaign to get the two to meet.

Bieber not only met with Avalanna but kept in touch with her and communicated with her frequently, even singing to her on stage at the Apollo Theater in New York.

Within minutes of the news of Avalanna’s passing, Twitter shot “RIP Avalanna” to the number one trending position Worldwide.

Today we lost a very special person.
