Saturday Night Live was on fire last night. If not for their opening skit with Tina Fey and Amy Poehler as Sarah Palin and Katie Couric, then for the spoof of the Presidential debate last week.When asked about the War in Iraq, Hammond as McCain said that he had wanted the troop surge since 1985, before the war even started.
And when criticized by Obama (Fred Armisen) that he had supported George Bush 95% of the time, Hammond responded that he had never supported President Bush, had always undermined him, abandoned his party, and was disloyal and untrustworthy to the office.

When asked how he would deal with nuclear weapons in North Korea, Obama (Armisen) said he would play the race card with North Korea.
The best part of the skit was the ending, when the camera panned to Amy Poehler as Hilary Clinton, who had shown up just in case McCain didn't make it on time.
