| Randy Travis arrest for naked DWI in Texas |
Travis was arrested Tuesday night near Tioga Texas for driving under the influence when cops were called to investigate a man lying on the side of the road.

The cops arrested Travis for DWI but during the car ride to the jail he threatened to shoot and kill the officers – and that added a felony charge to his list of troubles for the night.
The singer’s mug shot shows a black eye and several facial abrasions but it is unclear if they were received during the car accident or with an altercation with police.
Travis bonded out of jail on Wednesday morning for $21,500 and is expected to return to court at a later date.
Because the singer arrived at the jail naked he was released wearing a paper jumpsuit provided by the jail.

And to add insult to injury, the singer is also in the middle of a bitter divorce settlement with his ex-wife Elizabeth.
