Monday started out as just another day for pop star Justin Bieber and his entourage...

And anybody who has seen a picture of Justin over the last year has surly seen his new white haired, older bodyguard on duty keeping a keen eye out for any trouble.

Well, trouble was found at LAX airport on Monday when a photographer became aggressive and jumped in front of the car Biebs was riding in and would not back away.

Bieber’s bodyguard got out of the car and tried to calm the man down and resolve the issue – but that didn’t happen.

The photographer became aggressive and started wrestling with the bodyguard, and after breaking free took a swing at the hired help.

Big mistake.

The bodyguard unleashed a right jab that knocked the photog down where he was held until police arrived.

The best part? It was all caught on tape.

It seems the bodyguard was once a member of the elite Israel military and knew how to handle himself.

TMZ was able to get a hold of the video shot shortly after the paparazzi was already on the sidewalk where it all went down.

To be clear… the bodyguard in question was NOT our beloved Kenny Hamilton but another gent who was hired about a year ago.



I guess it pays to have good protection these days…
