Looks like pop singer Justin Bieber has dodged a bullet - literally!
In what can only be described as a bizarre tale, a prison inmate serving a life sentence has been implicated in plotting the murder and castration of singer Justin Bieber.
We’re not making this up folks…
Dana Martin is already serving life in prison in New Mexico for killing a fifteen-year-old girl from Vermont back in 2000.
According to police, Martin had enlisted the help of another inmate, who upon his release, traveled to New York City to murder Justin Bieber and his bodyguard while Bieber was in town to perform at Madison Square Gardens.

Police have arrested Tanner Ruane for his part in the murder plot, and was found with pruning shears when arrested.
Ruane said the pruning shears were to be used to castrate Bieber after he was dead.
Police also say that Martin was obsessed with Justin Bieber and even had a tattoo of him on his leg.

It now seems that Martin ratted out his hired help and police swooped in and made the arrests.
Justin Bieber and his camp have made no comment on the issue and will probably stay quite since the investigation is still going on.
